ANML FARM Affiliate Agreement

1. Introduction

This Affiliate Agreement governs participation in the ANML FARM affiliate program. By accepting this agreement digitally, the affiliate agrees to comply with its terms and with applicable laws.

2. Appointment and Relationship

Affiliates are appointed on a non-exclusive, independent-contractor basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. ANML FARM may appoint additional affiliates, sell directly, and change territory coverage.

3. Commissions, Subscriptions, and Payouts

Commission rates, recurring eligibility, payout cadence, thresholds, and clawback conditions are governed by the active affiliate rate plan and contract template published by ANML FARM from time to time.

Subscription-related commissions may depend on successful attribution (for example, affiliate code usage), payment completion, account standing, and continued subscription activity.

4. Data Protection and Information Sharing

Affiliates must process personal information lawfully, fairly, and for legitimate referral and customer-support purposes only. Affiliates must apply reasonable security controls and promptly report suspected data incidents to ANML FARM.

ANML FARM may process and share affiliate data with authorized internal teams and operational processors (including payment, communication, legal-signing, compliance, and support providers) for onboarding, contract administration, commission calculation, verification, and payouts.

5. Term and Termination

This agreement remains effective until terminated according to applicable affiliate terms. ANML FARM may suspend or terminate an affiliate account for legal, compliance, fraud, security, or material policy reasons.

6. Digital Acceptance

Digital acceptance constitutes a binding signature and confirms that the affiliate has read and agrees to this agreement and related affiliate program documents.
