• Authenticate you via email magic links, social/OAuth providers, or SMS one-time passwords, and verify ownership of those identifiers
• Detect, link, or merge duplicate accounts that share verified email addresses or phone numbers, and notify you when such actions occur

• Generate and provide digital legal documents and templates
• Facilitate digital signature processes requiring facial or biometric authentication
• Process and manage CCMA representation services (where applicable)
• Ensure compliance with relevant agricultural and business regulations

3.1 Sharing with Affiliates and Referral Partners

Where you use or are linked to an affiliate code, referral campaign, or affiliate-assisted onboarding flow, we may share limited data with the relevant affiliate or partner to administer referrals, verify attribution, support customer communication, and manage commissions.

• Shared data may include organization or account identifiers, plan or product category, subscription status, billing cycle, and referral attribution status.
• We do not disclose full payment card details to affiliates through this process.

3.2 Sharing Affiliate Data

For affiliates and prospective affiliates, we process and share data internally with authorized ANML FARM teams (including finance, legal, compliance, and support) to manage onboarding, verification, contract administration, performance reporting, and payout operations.

• Affiliate data may include profile and contact details, service areas, qualifications, referral performance, commission records, and payout-related banking details.

3.3 Service Providers and Processors

We may share information with trusted third-party processors that support our operations, such as payment providers, communication and email providers, analytics and security vendors, identity or verification providers, and digital legal/signing services.

These providers are authorized to process information only for legitimate business purposes and under contractual or legal safeguards.
